The hotel is situated in an amazing location, just a stone's throw from Times Square and the Broadway theatre district. While the rooms were mostly clean, I did notice a few issues outside the window. The staff was friendly, but there were moments when service could have been better. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety. Overall, it was a good value for the location, but some improvements would make it a great stay.

The service had its ups and downs; while some staff were friendly, there was one receptionist who seemed a bit rude and unhelpful upon my arrival.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Times Square and right in the heart of the Broadway theatre district, which I loved.
